Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders in value of $65 for regular priced items for most of our products. The large bags of coffee and certain other bulky items are excluded from this offer. We love to offer a good bargain, but we also can't lose money, so some adjustments have been made.
We offer free delivery within the 16142 / 16172 area codes. Delivery will be made ON WEDNESDAYS.
We also offer free pickup. This will occur from 4pm to 6pm ON WEDNESDAYS at PULSE COFFEE located at 138 S. Market St in New Wilmington. Orders must be placed by noon on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed after the noon Tuesday deadline will be delivered / available for pickup the following Wednesday.
Your order is usually shipped within 72 hours of receiving within standard working hours. The Silk Road Market fills orders Monday through Friday; orders placed over the Saturday / Sunday weekend are shipped no later than Wednesday morning. Sometimes, crazy things happen in life, and we might take an extra day, but this doesn't happen often.
The Silk Road Market ships any location within the continental U.S. We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. The costs quoted are based on region, since cost to ship to the West Coast is considerably more than to the East.
The Silk Road Market ships orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We provide you with tracking information upon shipment so that you may monitor the status of your package. If a package is not received, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS to track the package. The Silk Road Market is not responsible for any lost packages.
6% state sales tax will be charged on all orders as legally required by Pennsylvania law.
International Shipments
Due to the radical increases in international shipping fees, we do not offer standard shipping rates for most of our products. We DO ship internationally. Please contact us at info@silkroadmkt.com with the items you are interested in and the shipping address. We'll pack up the box and give you an estimate of shipping.
Return Policy
At The Silk Road Market, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund (including sales tax) or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked. We do not charge any restocking fees or extra charges on returned or exchanged items, but ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED. Please email info@silkroadmkt.com to advise of a return. Exchanges are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on weight and region to ensure the costs are as low as possible. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged in shipment, we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Item must be kept for possible inspection by carrrier, so please do not destroy the item, but contact info@silkroadmkt.com for details on how to proceed.
