Your order is usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving within standard working hours. The Silk Road Market fills orders Tuesday through Saturday; orders placed over the Sunday / Monday weekend are shipped no later than Wednesday morning. Sometimes, crazy things happen in life, and we might take an extra day, but this doesn't happen often.
The Silk Road Market ships any location within the continental U.S. We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. The costs quoted are based on region, since cost to ship to the West Coast is considerably more than to the East.
The Silk Road Market ships orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We provide you with tracking information upon shipment so that you may monitor the status of your package. If a package is not received, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS to track the package. The Silk Road Market is not responsible for any lost packages.
6% state sales tax will be charged on all orders as legally required by Pennsylvania law.
Due to the radical increases in international shipping fees, we do not offer standard shipping rates for most of our products. We DO ship internationally. Please contact us at email@example.com with the items you are interested in and the shipping address. We'll pack up the box and give you an estimate of shipping.
At The Silk Road Market, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund (including sales tax) or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked. We do not charge any restocking fees or extra charges on returned or exchanged items, but ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of a return. Exchanges are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on weight and region to ensure the costs are as low as possible. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
