Alejandro lives in the big city of Santiago de Chile together with his family, taking care of his elderly mother in law. He is 59 years old and works forming crystal (of which he insists, it is not glass!) since he was around 15 or 16 years old. He learned the craft from his dad. His dad sadly passed away and now he follows in the tradition.
