Hand painted ceramic six pc nativity set from Peru, with tallest piece approximately 4". This nativity set is created by one of the many artisans being helped in the marginal districts and communities of Lima, Ayacucho, Huancayo, Cuzco, Puno, Arequipa and Piura. Ths cooperative works hard to market products outside Peru while keeping overhead costs low, giving the best possible outcome to the artisans. The members also benefit with health care, loan funds and advances, school supplies and books, training programs and technical assistance.
