Aigul lives in the Bishkek region. She focuses her skills on nativity sets just like this one, mastering all the little details from embroidering the camel's eyelashes, to wrapping the swaddling clothes around the baby Jesus. She is not only a felt artist, but has shown the leadership to step in as manager of the cooperative when needed. Her craft helps her put food on the table for her two young sons and inlaws, making this a true masterpiece.
